Exercise Before or After Breakfast?

Take on a new, healthy habit in the New Year and start each day with exercise.

Based on this 2019 study released by CNN Health, exercising before breakfast burns more fat. Please watch my video below to find out why I believe this happens. Take on a new, healthy habit in the New Year and start each day with exercise. But remember, exercise provides healthy benefits but may not be the best source for losing weight. One pound of fat contains 3,500 calories, so if you want to lose one pound, exercise may not be the way to go, especially if you are older. Reduce the amount of food energy you consume daily is also my recommendation.
