Easy Garlic Chicken Instructions:


Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Add salt and pepper to each chicken breast and saute one side in an iron skillet and flip.

Add 1 tablespoon of ghee, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and garlic slices on the top of the chicken. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes or until breast is firm.
