Last week I summarized how you can reconnect with your authentic weight. This week I want to help you maintain this weight, as dieting alone increasingly fails to do. Remain diabetes free as you take my advice on as a lifestyle. Make better choices and take ownership of your health, one step & one week at a time.

Below I have shared a nutritious Grilled Chicken with Olive Tapenade recipe to add to your favorite healthy dishes. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at john@drjohnonhealth.com.

How To Prepare Grilled Chicken and Olive Tapenade

Heat the grill to medium and season chicken breasts with sea salt and pepper. Grill until cooked though.

Meanwhile, put the green olives, shallots, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and zest in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until all ingredients are diced. Pour olive mixture into a small bowl and stir in olive oil. Season to taste with sea salt if preferred.

Place the grilled chicken on a platter and top with tapenade. Serve and enjoy!!
